Memory gets 4 errors on memtest 4.0 overnight

I ran memtest for about an hour on a 2x2 GB kit of OCZ gold ram. I got one error but I had the bios set to auto for the ram setting. I changed the ram setting to be what the specs for the ram were and then set memtest 4.0 up to run over night. When I got up this morning I had 4 errors. I removed one of the sticks and I'm running Memtest again on it while I'm at work.
I haven't had any problems with ram in a long time and wanted to see if the steps I'm taking are right or if I should try something different. Thanks

wanted to add that I have a Gigabyte GA-770TA-UD3 motherboard and a Phenom II 720
